XYLON is a premium bar and kitchen in Electronic City, Bengaluru — where refined dining, signature cocktails and a high-energy dance floor belong to the same evening.
We built XYLON as one continuous evening. Dinner opens the night, cocktails carry it, and the dance floor finishes it — no queues between rooms, no compromise between courses.
The kitchen is modern and confident: small plates, wood-fired grills and shareables plated for a room meant to be lived in. The bar is built on fresh produce, house infusions and classics poured properly, making XYLON one of the most complete places to drink cocktails in Bengaluru.
After dark, the room changes character. Live DJ sets, a full lighting rig and a generously scaled dance floor make our weekend parties the reason most of Electronic City ends the night here.
Above all, XYLON is a hospitality project — a premium restaurant and nightlife destination run by people who care as much as the guests who show up.
